We again have reason to celebrate!
The 2010 Gran Reserva 890 has received the first 100 score given by Sobremesa magazine, a wine & food monthly published by the Vinoselección wine club since 1984.
The historic mark for best wine in an exclusive tasting of Rioja Gran Reservas appearing in the December issue (click here for the full article) endorses its extraordinary quality and adds further recognition to this 2010 vintage:
- For the second consecutive year (2022 and 2023), it is the Best Rioja Wine in the Peñín Guide with 99 points.
- Chosen Best Wine in Spain in La Semana Vitivinícola 2022 Wine and Oil Guide with 99 points.
International critics have also praised this 2010 vintage, as shown by by the 98 points awarded by Tim Atkin MW and the 97 points given by Robert Parker and James Suckling.
