We welcome the new 2023 vintage of Lagar de Cervera, a 100% Albariño wine crafted at our Lagar de Fornelos winery in O Rosal (Pontevedra), in the heart of Rías Baixas. Made from high-quality grapes, we have preserved this harvest with its lees for an additional period to allow it to reach its maximum potential. We have patiently waited until it was at its optimal moment, convinced that this process adds elegance, finesse, and roundness, aspects that we consider fundamental to Lagar de Cervera's quality.

With over 100 hectares of Albariño vineyards owned in O Rosal and O Salnés, at Lagar de Fornelos, we benefit from an environment that enhances its aromatic expression and elegant acidity, thanks to proximity to the sea. The result is a vibrant, fresh wine with complexity that delights the palate.

In our Galician winery, this vintage has been exceptional, allowing the Albariño variety to express all its potential and finesse.
